I am on level 4383 and I am not getting credit for goals so I can get gold bars. It stopped accumulating suddenly. Anyone else having this issue

We understand how frustrating this situation has been, and weβre truly sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment it has caused. π
The Studio has carefully reviewed the issue with diamonds not being credited and, after further investigation, has decided to temporarily disable the feature. Fixing this bug properly will require more time and a deeper investigation to ensure itβs properly resolved.
We know this isnβt the outcome anyone was hoping for, and we sincerely apologize that we werenβt able to fix it more quickly. We'll keep you updated as soon as we have more news to share. π

I just passed level 5555 that had the finish line.. since I finished first I was supposed to earn 5 golden bars but I didn't!!!! It's not enough to take away the diamonds??? I do want my five golden bars!!! The 6 golden bars shown were earned before this level

What's the point of having a Jewellers Trial featuring diamond collection when we still can,t collect diamonds. The game makers need to fix this ASAP as the game is getting very tedious if you can't pass levels.
Unable to collect Diamonds in Diamond Diaries from about July. Reported several times and uninstalled and restarted also and still doesn't work.

I posted this a few days ago but had no response. Can you explain why the diamond collecting function is still working on my iPhone but not my iPad. Same iOS and version of game. Sure the coding is the same or very similar for both devices? Thanks. Liz

Thanks for the update. Honestly I like the birdie challenges the best. 3 week against some kid one time and I won 68 gold finally. Don't mess with seniors who have time to play ALL DAY if I want to. Big Smile!
Ive completed the last level availble on diamond diares ,but im in the middle of competing against another player on a side event. Which i can now not complete because i cant collect any more birds. How is this fair?
