After a game update today, there is now a gift box with a timer underneath the Traders Chest. Does anyone know what that is?

It's been at least 3 month's and I still have the box thati can't open and still don't see diamonds. ?????

Does anyone know what the pink and white bouncing present is ? It shows 21 hours remaing but ????? And a 0 in the present, and I can't find any information about it. But it's frustrating with it just sitting there just just bouncing away

Yes! We've already know Collect the Diamonds' Feature Issue hasn't still been resolved and fixed right now! ๐๐๐
We are really still so sorry to hear that you're having this issue with your diamonds not being counted right now! โ๐๐
We still understand how frustrating this situation has been, and weโre truly sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment it has caused. ๐๐
The Studio has carefully reviewed the issue with diamonds not being credited and, after further investigation, has decided to temporarily disable the feature. Fixing this bug properly will require more time and a deeper investigation to ensure itโs properly resolved.
We know this isnโt the outcome anyone was hoping for, and we sincerely apologize that we werenโt able to fix it more quickly.
