Challenge Reward Problem

I have been playing for a while, but just yesterday set up my profile. When I did that I lost all my saved gold bars. I won two challenge game and both times did not receive the gold bars I won. Obviously I’m doing something wrong here. Any suggestions on a solution? Thanks

We’re really sorry to hear that some rewards or gold bars were lost after you set up your profile. Unfortunately, we can’t restore items directly here in the Community but the Player Support team can help you out.

Please reach out to them through your game by tapping the gear icon ⚙️ → Account & Help → ? Help Center → Select the topic of your issue, scroll all the way down and select “Chat With Us.”

They’ll be able to check your account and make things right.

FYI — Sometimes an issue that a player experiences is related to their device rather than the game. So, we first suggest trying the following troubleshooting tips to maximize the chances of the game running more smoothly for you:

Internet: Ensure you have a strong and stable Internet connection.
Updates: Check the app stores to update to the latest version of your game if needed, and the latest software update for your device.
Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? We recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
Cache: Clear your game cache. Do NOT clear your game data -- that is where your boosters are stored.
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.

I encourage you to routinely use the troubleshooting steps to keep your game operating smoothly.

Emblemas 1000 / 2000 / 3000 e 4000, como receber os emblemas, já tentei de várias maneiras e sem sucesso. Vou postar novamente meu nível atual. Logo passarei o nível 5000 e a frustração aumenta.
