Oh! I know this King's game! This King's game is called "Luna Light Saga" before Diamond Diaries Saga. 💫😲
I did playing Luna Light Saga then I did reaching and passing to the last / max level on 8 years ago. 💫😄
But that's unfortunately as Luna Light Saga has been discontinued and finished on 8 years ago that we will no longer to play Luna Light Saga available forever. We really still love, miss and never forget Luna Light Saga so much right now. 💔😢😔😞

Unfortunately, I've experienced something similar myself when the game crashed, and it can definitely be discouraging. 😔
Don't worry! To help you get back to your current level, you can try following these steps here! ⬇️😊
Restart : Force close apps and restart your device.
Updates : Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
Memory : Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection : Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache :
🤖 Android : Settings > Apps > Diamond Diaries Saga > Storage > Clear Cache
🍏 iOS : Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
I am not willing to reinstall the games as I will lose all my stuff. Is there anything else thay ypur support people can do .
I have been on level 5925 game crashed and now back in level 5915 and cannot move to new city again

And my game it up to date
I've cleared the Cache, for editing close the app and restarted my phone and it still the same. It is not moving moving ro the next levels
Today is Wednesday January 28th and I don't have that levels as yet. I am currently stuck on level 5855 waiting for the new ones which I usually get on Tuesday evening and I checked today and still hasn't updated with the new levels.
