Please Help!

I have completed Level 5915 and waiting for the new one to come through. Wednesday and I still am on the previous levels. I have cleared the Cache,close the app and restarted my phone and still no levels.🫤 Please Help!

We’ve heard from you that your game is taking you back to Level 5915, it causes you to lose some of that precious progress. We know how frustrating that it can be and our Diamond Diaries Saga Studio team is on it! They’re working hard to get this fixed as soon as possible. 😥😓

In the meantime, updating the latest version of this game will helping you to solve this issue problem. Here’s how you can doing that :

On an Apple Device :

Open the App Store App.
Tap the Updates Button in the lower-right corner.
Find the list of apps with available updates.
Tap Update next to Diamond Diaries Saga.

On an Android Device :

Open the Google Play Store App.
Tap the Profile Icon at the top right.
Tap the Manage Apps & Device. Apps with an update available will be labeled "Update Available".
Tap Update next to Diamond Diaries Saga.
