  • Hi again @Veeresh, I believe the answer is that some players are running test play with certain parts of the game.. some players have upgraded original outfits (silver, gold, rainbow) and some have costumes that others do not at the moment.. the dev team is testing things out with random players, I think the time will come…

  • Heya @Veeresh, the pilgrim nutcracker was unlocked by collecting 20 stars and you could use any character to obtain the stars.. I think the players had 48hrs to accomplish the goal. @chamman I am very sorry to say that I don't think support can help with this issue 😣
