@CurtisyM I did reach out to support. They said there is nothing they can do at this time. They show no errors in their records. I have screenshots and a screen recording to prove that i didn’t receive anything. I already sent them to support. This has happened 2 times in a row. I used to get compensation.

@Colorbomb_Collector I know this may be policy but i did not receive my items from 3 different events. I have the screenshots to prove it against their receipt. Only one of the items were paid for. Can the Community Manager help me out or somebody high up in the ranks.
