Hi @Racoon7 no, I haven't. I haven't won a new deck in The Great Climb in the last two weeks. I don't know why. For me, the first card in the Season Pass (the purchase option) wasn't a new deck. I have either a fish card or a lollipop at that spot. Maybe that's why. Perhaps I'm in a test group that isn't getting new decksβ¦

If it's a Samsung phone, you're probably experiencing the same issue, which is more likely due to the device itself than the app. Please try the following: Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
