I totally agree with the comparison to the new coke. It too was supposed to be the latest and greatest but people hated it. Sounds very familiar, doesn’t it? I just hope King follows coke’s lead and changes soda back.

@LizzyLemondrop I could not agree with you more. MTF and soda squad both would be fine along with quests but taking away quests to replace with these events is so messed up. I can’t help but believe it is nothing more than pure greed on King’s part …

I have really tried to remain positive about soda squad but hearing what lousy rewards await for the final treasure is so disappointing. That is a lot of work for hardly anything. Come on King you can do better than this.

So my team and I just reached the second treasure. We got 30 minutes of the coloring ball and 1 lollipop hammer. I really hope the last treasure is a lot more impressive than the first 2.

One positive thing I can say about the soda squad is that everyone on my team is contributing. So it looks like they have done a better job of matching players that are actually playing.

@Xarly my gumball machine just showed up. When I first signed in it wasn’t there but then I played bubblegum hill and when I got back to the regular board it was there. Just wanted to let you know.

I agree @Anne_Martin, the past features were great. Yes they were a challenge but definitely doable which made them fun. These new features just don’t seem to be hitting on much. Kinda like trying to put a square peg in a round hole, it doesn’t fit.

So my team and I just reached the 120 mark and received the first treasure and it was 30 minutes of fish. Now I realize this is just the first and smallest prize but come on, it could’ve at least been an hour. I am really trying to keep an open mind…
