I recommend logging out of Facebook/Kingdom on all devices, including in your browser. Restart and then start the process of logging in again. This should mean that the first device shows the correct level, then this will carry over.

Then you will need to create a Kingdom account. Open the app and in the bottom left corner tap the settings button. Tap the orange symbol and set up your account. Then your progress will be saved and can be loaded via this account.
