Hi @pinarama Yes you can add friends :) If you are logged in with a Facebook account any of your current friends and anyone you add as a friend who play will be in your game friends list.

Like you said it loads on yours (with her account?) so is most likely something blocking on the machine or something wrong with the Facebook app install. Can she play other games? You could also try…
