Did you download this game from the play store? You could make other purchases so do not think it would stop you here (I could be wrong and will ask someone)

Is this the first time making a purchase or has it worked in the past? What version of Candy Crush Saga do you have installed? (go to settings then apps click candy crush saga and scroll to the bottom) It sound more like a connection issue. I just tested on my S7 and was able to connect.

Are you able to access the google play store on its own? Are you on Wi-Fi or data (try switching to the other). Google Play trouble shooting

Hi @mcarreiro71 Which store are you trying to connect to (device/game)? Are you connected to internet with strong connection? Try turning off your device, restarting, connecting to wifi and try again.
