I am guessing number 4. I don't have a lot of time to play so no suggestions. And we are having a picky tea new years eve then a christmas dinner boxing day. No parties for us we have nobody to party with haha.

As @LoFiGummy has said, not all are shown for everyone. Just because you had it regularly before does not mean you will automatically have it every time.

Next time it happens you need to note the time (and date) and contact support with a screenshot of the ad for them to look into it.
