Is your app connected to the internet? Can you see other people's scores and whatnot? Also, make sure your app is up to date :)

Try playing a little bit, sometimes you just need to clear a few levels for a feature to activate.

Hello, they tend to make some of the later levels very hard for a few weeks before the developers come back and make them easier. Sorry for this!

I would double check the usage of your credit card and where it is linked to. It sounds like someone is using it without your authorization

Lots of people have the 12,000 banner. You need to replay the level and relog into your King account within the app.
