Have you tried restarting your phone, as well?

It looks like there are a couple of posts about this, so try restarting your phone to see if that helps. Otherwise you may just have to wait until the team gets it sorted out!

Check your events tab to make sure the event you are referring to is in there. If it isn't then you probably won't receive anything!
