Thats so weird! I have no idea y I have this but no event and u don't have this but u have the event. Its super frustrating. This is what it looks like. Its the only thing I have that has anything to do with the candy cup.

I didn't get to play in any qualifying pre-event either. 😕 The only thing I can see that's different is in my store section there's a candy cup bundle I can purchase I guess to help with the event but I don't have the event so idk y that's there.

I did all the steps you recommended. Still no candy cup event for me. Sorry if this is a dumb question but how do i know if i have the latest version of the game? I've updated everything I could possibly update. I should mention that in May I bought a new android and transferred apps over to the newer phone. My last phone…

I don't see the event in my game? I contacted king who said the same thing they said to me last time when i wasnt able to participate in the gold event, that I'm not part of the testing group for this event? I thought the candy cup was all inclusive? Am I missing something?

So did I! I didn't even get to play in the summer events that just passed. It's disappointing 😞. It would have been awesome to try to win a bunch of gold bars!

I didn't get it either! 😕 Someone told me it could be that they randomly selected people to participate? I'm not sure though. Someone at King gave me some suggestions to restart my phone, check wifi connection and to log out and log back in. I havent logged out because I'm worried I may lose my progress and/or boosters.
