I have now checked on the other 2 accounts at level 15550+, they have the newest levels up to 16325 on W10 platform, so the problem is with the Monica account. I'm reluctant to go the uninstall and re-install of application route for fear of losing all progress, boosters and gold bars.

Ooops, my profuse apologies for mixing levels 16235,(as in Kiara's post) with QuenBs 16325. My problem is with the Windows10 platform, it ends with 16235, same as for Facebook platform.
