Hi @KellyD1012 and welcome to our Community! If nobody asks for lives, there is not any way to send lives to all of your Jelly friends (if you have any). There is a possibility that your Jelly friends do not play the game any more or they are not interested of asking for lives!

Hi @dorette719 and welcome to our Community! There is not any way for someone to add you or add anyone else as a friend in Jelly! The only way to have friends in Jelly, is if you login with facebook! Then, all of your fb friends who play Jelly, are automatically added as your friends in Jelly!
