You didn't lose them, they just don't sync along with progress and gold and so don't transfer over. It's only with purchased items that you can get them credited to a new device.

Do you have the game app installed on your W10 PC or do you play via Facebook/king.com?

As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up. What OS does your device run?

What Beta trial? You've reached a point where there is no extra content that you can get, until it gets expanded upon anyway as I'm sure it will. You're not stuck, you're just stocking up for the next set of upgrades ;)

That's strange, quite a few people in my group who play FHSS were talking about being stuck after completing level 415 but said that reinstalling did the trick and were able to play on. Have you gone through those troubleshooting steps again since reaching 416?

Most likely a bug or some kind of hacking/cheating. There was a player in my group that kept getting ridiculous scores which were just unbelievable. We asked for videos which would prove if it was genuine but never received any so he was eventually removed from the group!
