I think those are device specific Josie, it's generally only gold bars and progress that gets synced between devices.

Do you play directly on Facebook Donna or do you play on a mobile or tablet?

That's a pain, the Facebook connection reset usually helps with this sort of thing. Do you still get request for lives from your friends Mel?

That's strange, it's not a requirement normally, it's just there to sync progress. What happens when you open and play the game offline? So does that mean your stuck at the first screen where it says "Play" and "Connect" or is the loading issue further on? I'll ask in my group to see if anyone has had anything similar.

If you ever connected your game to either FB or kingdom you should be able to restore some of your progress if not all of it. Just depends if you had it synced or not.

Don't let it frustrate you, it's really not worth the energy. It's always been that way on FB anyway, it's only on mobile where they can be kept for a short while but they disappear as well. In the end it's only possible to store up to 5 lives in the game and any extra lives received will be gone the next time you play.…

Did you also manage to hit the target score Torket? The thing with level 1304 is that the order is pretty easy enough to complete and the same can be said about the points required. But, completing the order AND the points required in the same game is a hell of a challenge!

If you bought the boosters you should be able to restore them by using "Restore Purchases" in the game settings. It won't work on any items received in the game for free though unfortunately.

You can link your current progress to King.com once you've made an account there. Starting from level 1 just to get up to 1317 in order to test the level in a different environment would be a terrible suggestion lol! Another thing you could try is play in a different browser if you haven't already done so.

For level 126 you need to collect 20 blue candies, 20 red and 20 green candies in 25 moves, with a minimum of 10,000 points.
