The order you have to do is, 1st qualifier → 1st knockout → 2nd knockout → Final. Now if you did qualify but missed the 1st/2nd knockout, Tuesday should be the 2nd Chance which will allow you to qualify for the final. https://candy-crush-seasons.web.app/pages/tournament_terms_and_conditions Rules section explains it.

Candy Royale is not a real event you play with people. Basically it is just a random roll for the reward. Say the reward is 500 gold.
