Hi Garry! I don't agree - the wheel is a gamble play where you can win both boosters and extra moves. If you can't complete a level based on target moves then it might be a solution to replay the level for a life. Cheers

Hi Cinders! Try removing the app on Facebook. After doing so you can now add the game again and this time choose to include your friend list. Cheers 

Hi Pamela! Do you have the game connected to Facebook? If yes then try playing the level there. Once completed your progress is synced back to your device and you can now continue from the next level. Cheers :-)
