Hi! I recall there were a live event in the game for some time ago where you could win unlimited time. I suggest you check out the new events that are in the game from time to time :-) Cheers

Hi Graeme! I haven't seen other threads on King care with this issue so it might be a local issue - most probably due to drivers for the sound card. I suggest you check for driver updates directly from the producers website. Another option is to play the game through your browser. Cheers
