Go into settings in the game, then Account/Help, then click on "My Account". Alternatively on the opening page after you load the game there is a blue "My Account" button. If you click this your email will be displayed along with your photo/avatar.

I would recommend you uninstall the app and then reinistall it. If you start playing you will have a brand new account starting at level 1. Of course you would start off with no boosters and no gold. If you want to save the new account then use a different email from your previous account to save the new one.

You won't find any help here with this ancient version of the game. As far as King is concerned that level in your screenshot no longer exists.

I played today's puzzle which I would not class as a puzzle at all. You just had to sort the candies by colour. It's the kind of activity my daughter used to do in nursery when she was three years old. But I'll check out again tomorrow to see if it gets any better.
