Connectivity
It looks like I'm logged into my account, but I can't access the bank, I can't do anything and it keeps asking me to log in and when I do, it says there's a problem at this time try later. I cleared the cache, and all of the other stuff you always ask me to do, and it's still has a connectivity problem.

How about banking lives?
How about making things a little more equitable. When you run out of lives, and you are asked if you want to buy more, why don't you get to bank the ones you don't use. Far too often, I only need one more life to win the game, but yet I have to spend 10 gold bars to buy 40 lives. I lose 39 lives that I paid for! This would…

Is Candy Crush Soda not working?
I get the main page, but I cannot navigate anywhere, it's totally frozen. I have cleared the cache, force stopped the app, reinstalled the app, to no avail. Help!

You keep throwing me out of the game
I can't seem to play this level without being thrown out after 5 moves! It says there are no more targets but there are plenty!

Bots in 4 in a Row
I've complained about this often, but nothing is ever done about it. I always get at least one bot in every four in a row game. They plant themselves in one or more square and do absolutely nothing. This latest one has been here for 3 days now, they're not even trying to play.

Extra Moves
I have been working on a hard level for several hours today. When I've used up all of my moves, and it asks me if I want to buy extra moves to complete the game, it has said up to 30 extra moves. I did not buy them. I stopped playing for an hour to make dinner, came back to play and now it is back down to five and will not…

Chocolate Box
I I work hard to get three out of four completed, and then you lock me out of the 4th until the next day. The next day I open up the game, and you eluminated the box totally. Why am I wasting all this work to try to get a little something, when you don't make it possible?

The bank isn't working
First it would charge my credit card and not give me the bars that I bought. Now it doesn't even connect at all, the wheel just goes round and round. On all of these occasions, I had to get out of the app, force close and clear cache in order to get back to playing the game. It's always something with this game!

Chocolate Box is a ripoff
You make me accomplish three out of four tasks, and then freeze it and not allow me to play the fourth task for another 12 hours. The next day when I come into the game, the chocolate box is gone saying it expired. So I did all that work for nothing.
