In case you're wondering what this is about, how to behave and where to find the information you're looking for, you're in the right place! You will find below a few useful tips and tricks as well as a lot of information about the Community and the way it works. 

- First, the most important thing: please read the Community Guidelines before posting in the forums.

- Looking for information about the game or how to solve a technical issue? Check our FAQ, the answer is most likely there!

Earning Stars and Badges (and becoming a King Legend)                                         

Stars represent your rank in the Community. The more points you get, the more stars you collect, the higher you rank!

- How to get points?

Other Community members can react to your posts, with a "Insightful", a "Sweet" or a "Hehe" - The more of these your posts receive, the higher your points will be.



Additional points are also awarded if your posts are promoted by one of moderators or forum administrators. Promoted posts are listed in the "Best of” section of the forums.  

Another way is to answer questions posted by other members. If the person asking the question accepts your answer, you'll get points plus the sweet satisfaction to have helped someone! 

You also gain forum points by earning badges.

- What are the Badges and how to earn them?

Each badge is like a sweet reward for achieving an action. Complete all the steps to collect all the badges! 
You also gain points by earning them, which will help you climb to the top of the leaderboard.

Go to your profile to see how many you've collected!

How-to use the Community site:                                                                                                                          

- View and update your profile
- Change/update your notification preferences
- Update your avatar
- Post on the Community
- Add smiley and images/screenshot to your post
- Report a post

- View and update your profile

Click on your Avatar on the top right corner to go to your profile - Then click on the green button on the right hand side and select "Edit Profile"

- Change/update your notification preferences

 

Once there, you can select how you can receive notifications (pop-up or email) and for which things.

- Update your avatar

Go to your profile and hover the mouse on your avatar. You will then be able to click "Change picture" and choose or upload an avatar.

- Post on the Community

There are 3 kinds of threads you can create: Discussion, Poll and Question. 
 
Discussion
Start a discussion for any subject you would like to chat about with other members - Remember to check if someone else already opened a discussion on the same topic before starting yours.

Poll
If you are curious to see what other members think, you can create New Poll which means ask a question an offer multiple answers. You'll basically run a survey!

Question
And you can also Ask a Question if you need help with anything and need answers. 

To create a new post, select your category and click on New Discussion on the right corner. 

- Add smiley and images/screenshots to your post

- Report a post

Simply click on Flag below the comment you judge inappropriate, then on Report.


You will then be asked the reason for reporting and a notification will be sent to our Team to check. Note that you will not receive any answer from us regarding our decision to take action or not.
