All my bonus saves have gone.

I have just opened up Alphabetty to play and all my bonuses have gone. 40 crowns 9 blasters and 119 hammers. This is the second time you have done this to me. Not very happy.

⚠️ So please attention when you have trouble to lose all of your boosters! ⚠️

1. The boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device or reinstall game! 

2. The boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved. 

It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. 

We do not replace items and help you to return your boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to our Player Support team here, so they can help. 😊

And the video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

Don't worry! Daily Bonus (can be available on 12pm to 2pm) is still helping you to earn more boosters on this game. 😊

ℹ️ There are two main reasons why you may lose visibility of your Boosters ⬇️

1. You are disconnected from your King or Facebook account 
2. The game has been deleted/reinstalled from the device

🔹 If you have disconnected from your account, here’s what you can do.

• Try reconnecting to your account.
  • If you are not connected to the correct account, this may be the reason you can’t see your Boosters. This happens when players share their device with someone else.

• If you’re connected to the wrong account:
  • Return to the main screen, where the 'Play' button appears
    • Tap the cog-wheel and navigate to the settings menu
      • Select 'Log Out' to disconnect from your account
        • You should now be back at the main screen and can reconnect to the correct account (see below for how)

• If you have a King account
  • Tap the cog-wheel and select the orange King account login button
    • Submit your saved King email address and password
      • You'll now connect to your King account and your progress, Boosters, and Gold Bars again.

• If you connected to Facebook before
  • Open the Facebook application on your device and log in to your own 'correct' Facebook profile.
    • Open the game and tap the blue Facebook 'connect' button, to re-link your game to the now active Facebook profile
      • If this was the Facebook profile you used, you'll now recover your progress, Boosters and Gold Bars.

 

🔻 The following events will mean your Boosters cannot be recovered or replaced 🔻

• You started playing on a new device
  • Boosters cannot be transferred between devices, so we'd recommend you use as many as possible on your old device, before picking up your progress in the game on your new one.
• You deleted, uninstalled or reinstalled the game
  • These steps involve deleting the data where your Boosters are saved. This is irreversible and your items cannot be recovered. When applying an update, it's important to use the 'Update' option when available in the App Store, and not remove and reinstall the game.
• You use an Android device and have cleared the 'App Data'
  • This is irreversible and therefore your items cannot be recovered.

Yes I accept this . Not impressed though as the adverts are put on here to entice people to watch. Give them a free bonus while every time one is watched King gets paid by the advertiser. The fact this as happend twice and you get nothing back yet King doesn't loss there revenue is annoying to say the least. If I cannot keep these bonuses there is no point watching the ad.
