You could always start a new message saying that you couldn't go back in to edit so you are now posting the correct answers and write down the multiple choice and letter that you want to change.
Elvish I can't give you lives. Where are you playing the game? If it's on king.com it's not working. There are a few glitches and that is one of them. Can you play the game elsewhere? You can play through Facebook and on a computer with Windows 10. You can also play on a mobile device logged in with Facebook or the Kingdom.

Hi there! Nice to met you. I had a player last week that got the exact same error message. It has to do with Facebook and not King. Are you not getting any of the events in the game? What about the sugar drops. Those are timed boosters that you earn by playing the levels with a "C" on it. You can go down to lower levels to earn the sugar drops. Are you getting your daily bonus from the wheel and also from the calendar?
Hi, wondering if you can help, haven't contacted support yet...after updating I haven't been able to connect to the store or to spin to get moves when I'm at the end of a level. I play off my mobile and had to download off another app since play store says candy crush is not available in my region...any suggestions?

If you are playing the game through Facebook then it's your profile picture on Facebook that needs to be changed. If it's in the Kingdom then you have to go to king.com or log into the Kingdom on your mobile device and then go into the settings and you can edit your profile there. Let me know if you need pictures to show you where to go.
