Why have a contact address if nobody answers anymore?

We were just sent an automated reply saying to check the forums and it would be the only reply. There are multiple bugs with Farm Heroes. People are losing bought boosters. Beans. Gold. Levels are being passed but not recorded, yet if they used boosters to pass a level, the booster has gone but the level has rolled back. If the system can record they used a booster it can record the fact they passed.  The levels are getting too hard. Die hard players  are struggling and on top of that when the above glitches happen, they have lost money too so are quitting. Its not fun anymore. 

If you have an email address to contact, when people are losing money, the least you can do is read and reply yourselves surely?

Hey I have seen that the moderators do answer questions on here too. What problem are you having? Maybe we can help you out too.. after-all that is what we are all here for.

Incidently, I did have one reply to an email recently, that asked me to check which level I was on. Apparently Episode 52 hasn't been released. Lol.

I agree with your question! Money lost Is not a joke! They need a better way to contact them direct because a forum will not refund anything!

I am not having a problem with levels can't get into any of the king games I get a gray screen with a sad face . played these games for a long time . played one day and the next day games gone. Got email back that told me to go to forums. and this is the only response I would get.I need help

Having the same issues. THOUSANDS of magic beans gone, boosters not working, and levels almost impossible to beat without said boosters. Highly frustrating.

@Mark Hawk When I tried to send an email to the developer address listed on the Google Play store, I also got an automated reply claiming that "this message is our only response to this contact." Is that true in all cases? From your reply to Tracy, it seems like you guys do have humans reply to some emails. If you do, that message is pretty misleading, and if you don't, it's very frustrating that you bother to have an email, but you never check it and send automated responses anyway. I wish that was more clear.

Its hit and miss. The forum cannot help when levels ask for requirements that don't appear...or boosters that vanish, or levels that don't save progress when passed, but boosters that were used in that level have been counted. They either save or they don't..So sometimes we need to email for help
