I was not connecting to stop on booster wheel. I was directed to delete the game but when I attempted to reinstall it shows installed. Help!

Are you referring about game Candy Crash Saga or Farm Heroes Saga?

I am sure you are talking about the the "booster wheel" in Candy Crush Saga game! If so, it is not just your game, but many players are having issue with it. And because of that, our Candy Crush game Community In-charge has opened a thread and collecting the game ID numbers of all those players who are having this particular issue.

First of all, who has directed you to delete the game? And, which device are you using to play the game?

Can you please show me the screenshot of the message you are seeing "the game is installed"?
