Why all my boosters are locked?

Can you please tell me why all my boosters are locked.I am on level 2606.I also lost my all mini games.Can you please fix that?Thanks.

    Hi @margarit_78 Welcome to Candy Friends community 🤗. This section is exclusively for Candy Friends only, but I could ask our to CM to move it to the right section, so you don’t need to make another discussion. About your game that freeze, have you try some troubleshooting procure ? Such as clearing up your browser and cache, and check on any update for your app and device ? If you do you might also want to try to force close your device for at least 10 second before you go back to your game ( remember not to reinstalling your app as you might lose all your boosters ) Please let me know  if it working for you 😊
