I have tried everything and still farm heroes will not connect to internet or Facebook I have changed browsers cleared cache etc deleted both and re logged on turned of WiFi I also have no updates and now it will not still play at all on Mac book and will not connect on iPhone

I am having the same problem have an Apple Mac and tried everything it just won't load.

@Tony_Ramsdale and @kazlou, can you guys try removing the game from Facebook and install again?

First of all, don’t worry as this process will not delete your progress. As soon as you reinstall the game you will be back on the same level as before.

In order to delete the game from Facebook please follow these steps: 

Go to “Settings => Apps” and press the “x” next to the game app.

Now clear the cache for your computer: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache.

Search for the game on Facebook and start playing.

Now on your mobile device, try this:

- Disconnect the game from Facebook/King account (if connected).

- Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.

- Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari (Super Important).

- Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook/King account so your progress can sync.
