This the screenshot of my present level. If given the chance I'm sure I would have gotten a few gold bars which can be handy when in need of boosters in difficult levels. Anyways, I patiently wait for the next opportunity

I completed the Golden Egg challenge yet the Golden Egg did not crack. Will I receive the rewards?

I am sorry to hear that you have not received the final reward of the Golden Egg "Chicken Coop" event!! 

You will have to contact the "Player Support Team" for your missing reward!  Send a complaint and inform them and they will be able to help you with the issue

Forgot to mention before!  Can you take a screenshot of the "Chicken Coop" event -- "with the Reward Egg not being cracked" and post it here?  Here is a website that informs you how to take a screenshot https://www.take-a-screenshot.org/

And to post it here, tap on "Attach Files" icon located in the tool-bar (a little farther to the Emoticon) --> Then select "Choose Files" option to upload the picture from your device!

I had a problem connecting to my King games.  The suggestions to fix the problem didn’t work until I uninstalled and then reinstalled all of my King games.  How expensive was that!  I lost all of the boosters that I had,  both free, by beating challenges and purchased boosters.  Please help me recover the purchased ones.  If I can’t get the Golden Egg in Farm Hero’s Saga it will be because I lost all of my boosters.  Very costly!
All of the reply emails from King say click on the Reply button.  When I do, it takes me to the Community screen.  Then what?  I don’t know where to go after I sign in.

I'm sorry to see that you have run out of gold bars. There are other competitions from time to time that can earn you extra gold.

One the main page it’s ticked as completed, when I go into the event it says I still have the last super hard level to complete
