Yes! Please do send a reply to that automated email you have received! And tell them "Hello! Just following up as I have not heard from you guys with regards to my missing prize. I am sure you must be out of the office due to the weekend", and something like that...

I had 2x sent a message on the automatic email, unfortunately no answer received from the customer service.
