    Hi! So, today is Monday and I have not received a reply email. Since I have the email still there, I could send it again. Otherwise, this option only leaves me no more events to play. Because everything should work. Otherwise it is not a honest action !!!

    Yes!  Please do send a reply to that automated email you have received!  And tell them "Hello!  Just following up as I have not heard from you guys with regards to my missing prize.  I am sure you must be out of the office due to the weekend", and something like that... 

    I am hoping you must have received some reply from them by now as all of the King Support team is back to work now.  But, if you did not, please do send them a reminder reply :+1:

     I had 2x sent a message on the automatic email, unfortunately no answer received from the customer service. Have certainly waited 1 week. I will never get it !!! SAD!!!

    I'm very sorry to hear you haven't received a reply yet @Spinnifix but I'm afraid there is nothing that we can do to speed up the process. 

    The event is live now so you will get another chance to earn rewards so hopefully, it will work better this time 🤞🤞🤞

     Thanks, until now the new event works well. I've been at Level9 since yesterday and when I finish, I'll see if it works. Then I will contact you again !!!

     I had a popup yesterday, congratulations you did it. When I looked at my booster, nothing had changed there. It doesn't matter either. I hope it works this time.
