Connection error

All of my King games say there is no connection to the Internet, but I’m connected. I tried uninstalling one game and reinstalling it but the red connection error message came up when I tried to reconnect to my account. I did change my password before uninstalling, but read a previous comment that that corruption to the app would be solved by uninstalling and reinstalling. However, I still can’t connect to my account. Do I have to uninstall and reinstall all games at once? I would really like to retain all of the boosters that took so much time to collect. Hopefully you can help as soon as possible! Thanks!

I am very sorry to hear about the issue with your games on your device!!  

Usually, the step - "deleting & Reinstalling the game App" ONLY works when the issue is with one particular game App!!  But, in your case, you are saying all the King game Apps are saying the same thing!!  So, it might be not the issue with the King game Apps BUT the internet itself!!

Can you please tell me something... do you have any other games on your device?  If so, are they working fine and ONLY King games are the ones that are having the issue?  How about other Apps, that need Internet connection?  Are they working fine?

U using wifi? If yes, try 4G and see.
likely wifi too slow.
can check ur internet speed and see.

I am very sorry to say that we need more details to understand the issue you are having in your game(s)!! 

Are none of your games working for you?  Are you playing on a PC or a mobile device?  If on a mobile device, if the King games are not working, how about other Apps that need internet?  Are they working fine?
