Logging in issues

Please be so kind and assist me with the logging into my account but from a new  device. Its keeps saying no network but i have full uncapped data. There's  nothing  wrong with the network. Here i am online now & it's working perfectly. My tablet has been stolen in December, so im using a temporary samsung galaxy.

I did the whole cleaning up the history, and re installl it but it takes me to the very begging number oni use to ligin with my google account & gp where i left off.
If i press to sign in & connect , keeping showing "no connection"
WTF really please help urgently.

Welcome to our Community @zetta and sorry to hear you're having issues 😕

Did you by any chance tried clearing the Google Play Store cache?

1) Go to apps and find the app called 'Settings' 

2) Locate the menu called 'Apps' 

3) Scroll down till you find the 'Google Play Store' 

4) From here click on 'Clear data' then clear cache. 

Please notice that you will get a warning when clicking the 'Clear data' button - not to worry, it's just a reset. 

5) Restart the mobile and try connecting the game.

My internet connection is not working though , although i have un capped wifi & always on.
.. i logged into google and with facebook but doesn't connect me online when i play

Any settings there i should change please?

Yay, happy to hear the game is back 💪🙌

I'm not sure how we can help with the Wifi if there is an issue but, if the game is not connecting to Facebook, can you try using your mobile data and see if that helps?
