Thank you for letting us know your issue. Before you read the following article, please perform the basic troubleshooting steps. Please check for updates on your game and device.

Ensuring that your device and the game app are the latest and most up to date versions is really important as it means that not only will your device run as smoothly as possible.

If you need to update the app, please ensure that your device have enough storage of at least 2GB so it will work smoothly. After updating the app, please restart your device to ensure the update is properly registered. Log back to your game and account as usual and start playing.

It started after i updated the app. I open the level, bee comes out and game loads. Then it crashes.

i did all troubleshooting including opening it in a different gadget. Still the same tesults

In very rare circumstances, there may be a widespread issue delivering the game to you - but this is very uncommon. If you’re having problems playing the game, it’s worthwhile doing some housekeeping steps on your device to maximize the chances of the game running smoothly for you.

Please try all the options below to resolve the issue:

• Force close all apps and restart your device making sure to leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on again.
• Look for any updates for your device and the game app.
• Make sure that you have sufficient memory free on your device. We normally recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
• As a last resort, we can try deleting and reinstalling the game as it usually fixes most issues. Simply make sure that your game is safely backed up to your King or Facebook account before proceeding with this step.*

*Please also note that any boosters or extra lives stored in the game may also be lost during this process, so it's worth trying to use them up before reinstalling.

I am sorry to hear that there is an issue in your game!

Actually, this is not the issue with your device. Unfortunately, "Queen Bee" is not behaving well and crashing the game as soon as she appears and gives us the bonus for Cropsies.

This issue was reported to the Farm Studio to look into. Here is the main thread for your reference ---> Queen Bee is Crashing the Levels

I need few details from you...

1) Are you using an Android device or iOS device?

2) Can you check the version you have right now?

1) When does the level freeze? Is it in the beginning of a level OR at the ending?

2) Is it Farm Heroes Saga or some other game?

3) If you are playing Farm Heroes, is your Bonnie booster active?

4) Do you know what could be triggering the "freezing"?
