There seems to be an issue which is, unfortunately, affecting the game! Rest assured, however, the game team is aware of this and working as hard as they can to solve this but we don't have a timeframe for a fix just yet.

Remember to connect the game app to Facebook so it can sync and keep in mind lives and Boosters do not get synced.

A little while ago I made it to level 1297 and every time I click on it to play....the game crashes and I'm looking at my desktop. Has a bug been reported? I use a PC with Windows 10. Game version is 5.70.3. Thanks.

@QueenB thank you for handling errors in the game. I will wait until it repairs because mobile and fb games are slightly different and do not bring such joy, as the game on king.com

@adam64 I was able to reproduce the issue so I have reported this to the studio. I do not know how long it will take them to correct this so I'm wondering, do you have access to a mobile device or do you also play on Facebook?
@Chicken_Slayer I play a desktop computer on the king com platform, my wife also only has a laptop on windows 7 professional
@Chicken_Slayer I can confirm what adam says about 2185 and 2189. I have tried his levels on king.com and get the same. Also checked one from earlier when it was problem 2168 and the same. So some levels get the popup that says sorry something went wrong please reload.
So now it is back to how it was before (after the big one was fixed).

What I know that problem was not on king.com. But if they have done something on king.com that is likely what cause this problem to return.
But if what you say that 2185 now has weed maybe that is the problem. But since the level not open on king.com there is no way to check if that is the cause. That they changed existing levels.
@horseyhorsey have you lost all levels on both or just your ipad? Are you playing through Facebook or the Kingdom? If you're playing through Facebook it should save on their servers too, but on the Kingdom there is a chance that you've been logged out. Could you check, and even if its showing you as logged in, try logging out again then back in and see if that helps :)
@adam64 I checked both those levels and surrounding levels, they opened ok for me. The only thing I can see is 2185 has had the new weed blocker added and both of the levels are super hard.
Could you reply back with your wifes and your player ID please, and I will pass it over to Queen B.
ALso I know you might have previously said, but can you remind me which device/browser you are playing on...and if you can try on a mobile, let me know if you get past those levels.

@Chicken_Slayer I checked again and what turned out. Level 2186, 2187 and 2188 works well. However, 2185 on which my wife is stuck can not open. From this it follows that these two levels 2185 and 2189 are damaged.

Hi @Chicken_Slayer I cleaned the cache, cookies and paging file, but it did not work..The game still doesn't work I have a Chrome browser.
@horseyhorsey welcome to the community. Are you playing on mobile? Have you logged in either via the Kingdom or Facebook like before?
Hi @adam64 have you tried clearing your cache and cookies again? Which browser are you using?
I,ve lost 2000 levels now. Whats going on with this game.

Hello, I've been having issues with being able to watch the ad to collect my coins 30 minutes early. It doesn't work at all as of right now. It started off where I'd have to click on something else and come back to it and it would work and now it just doesn't work at all.
