Loading Freezes on King.com! REPORTED!

Hi All,

I'm hoping someone can help. I've attached a screen shot of what is happening. It basically just stalls out during the loading process.

It is only on king.com - I don't play anywhere else or on any other platform (FB, mobile, etc.).

It happens on two different computers. One is a Windows machine and the other is a MacBook Pro. Yes, I have restarted the machines.

Flash doesn't seem to be an issue. It is up to date and I give it permission to run.

Any ideas?

There are still some issues with some players on King.com!!!

Rest assured however that our developers are working hard to find a resolution as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, you happen to have Windows 10 on your PC, you can try downloading the game app from Microsoft Store instead and give it a try.

Remember to connect the game app to Facebook so it can sync and keep in mind lives and Boosters do not get synced.

@vespachica I know we have had an issue and for that I aplogise. You can see in this thread here:

At this time the game only seems to be working on mobile devices or the windows 10 app which obviously you cannot use if on a mac but if you have windows 10 you can download it. 

We are hoping it is fixed soon!

@Chicken_Slayer thank you for your response. I should have read that one further as once I got to "Facebook" I stopped skimming. D'oh! Anyway, thanks, and hopefully it's fixed soon!

No its fine @vespachica don't worry, have you cleared cache and cookies recently? I just heard reports in our Facebook group that the game is running from them, so hopefully if its not yet on King. com it will be soon!
It seems the ones who had issues are the ones who had flash and its come back without flash (now HTML5) . Which is the better version as its quicker

I, among many others, had been experiencing this problem for several days.  However, today, the game loaded past that point, but now freezes on the "map", and does not continue to load my current level  (2743).    It will load previous levels.   I even reverted to level 2742, solved it again, but was still unable to "unlock" the next (2743) level.    Notice how the "Goals" section is blank

I have tried the game app, not comfortable for me.
