1. My friends send me hearts with "life" and nothing happens to me. In the old version, at full energy, hearts sent with "life" could be exchanged for beans and now it is not there. Why?

It selects random friends @tiger18 you could try finding a level she came in the leaderboard and sending one that way :)

Hey @tiger18 thank you so much for reposting it And welcome again!
Ok, are you playing on computer? When you get lives sent, if you have 5 lives as you have said,  they should come through as beans instead. If you are playing through Facebook though, there seem to be problems with them coming through. Are you getting any at all?
Can you see your message box? It has moved a little with the newer version, its smaller now.

I play computer on Facebook. My friends sent me life again and nothing came. I am sad because I have only 5 lives and I have to wait again

@tiger18 is asking why they are not able to receive any extra lives from friends, but not why there are just 5 lives in the game!!

@tiger18 you know when your lives are empty, do you send requests and then close the game and reopen it?
If there are no lives there you might need to add some more friends or check your facebook permissions to make sure nothing is stopping it.

One of the community guidelines is that only English is used here. Feel free to use a translator if needed. This is so everybody can understand each other. If you repost in English, I am sure that somebody will respond to you much quicker.

yes, I'm closing the game and I'm coming in again, I have a lot of Facebook friends who play this game. Today I sent a request for life to a friend 15 times she sent me back and only 1 came to me

Not sure whether is it only can send 1 life per 24 hrs. 

For me, only can send 1 life 24 hrs, and I do receive 1 life from each of them per 24 hrs.

I will pass this information over to the CM in charge @tiger18. I hear a lot of players on Facebook complain but they don't tell King themselves, so they are not hearing a lot of complaints. It seems likely that it is Facebook related. As usual. Facebook limit the amount of requests so if you have a lot sitting in their servers, they don't always come through at once. That's why when people send roadblock requests, they don't always get through on the day they are sent. Really annoying

@stan1981How do you send lives? I click the button but also return requests so if people send multiple requests, they should get a few lives back. I usually refresh and have them waiting but have noticed that its usually the same people.

But if you had sent the same amount of Facebook friend requests, I bet they would go through straight away.

Honeypot easier as there is timer below. Only can send 1 life to my teammate every 24 hrs.
for the other, my 10 friend will appear every 24 hrs for me to send life.
so for me, when I can send life for honeypot teammates, I also send life for my 10 friend.

I know we have a windows 10 issue at the moment with a blank box That shouldn't affect facebook though. Have you cleared cache and cookies? Or are you playing through Facebook but in the windows app?
