Why do I always have to contact "support" to have them reinstate my requests for lives/magic beans?

This has been an ongoing issue for months now.  Usually, not always, like the last few days, I all of a sudden have 15-20 (average)  magic beans contributions. This past week I have requested lives and beans daily and have not received any. Please see if you can fix this. Thank you.
