I am back at level 1. What happened to my game?

I just logged into Farm Heroes Saga and I am back at level 1.  What happened to my game?  I am on level 1256.  Where is it?

U on latest version? Update latest version to log in again.

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  Since it has been few hours as you have posted your question, did you get back your level progress in your game?  

Are you playing on a PC or a mobile device?  Also, are you logged in through Facebook OR Kingdom account?
