Snowball levels don't function correctly - FIXED!

The studio has been able to reproduce the issue and currently working on improving the Snowball levels. They have all they need now and are aware that it happens on multiple devices and many levels are affected.

If you play on mobile device, we kindly ask you to make sure the game app is always up to date so you do not miss out on future releases that will hopefully take care of this.

Hi guys, the studio is aware of a bug in EVERY level that has snowballs in it. It is currently being worked on and a fix will be included in a future update. We do not know when the update will be available, but it will be released as soon as possible. In the mean time, a workaround is to use shovels on any snowballs that need to be moved.

The Studio has done their magic and I’m delighted to let you know that this issue, has now been fixed in our most recent game update.

To make sure you have the latest version:

-On mobile or tablet, simply go to the game page in your app store and make sure the latest version is installed. If you already have the game open, please also fully close it down and start it again.

-On Facebook/King.com, you only need to close and reopen your browser and restart the game.

As always, we recommend that you regularly check that you have the latest update for your game, as this can help to overcome the most common technical issues.

Can you please tell me whether you are having issue with the level OR you are not able to forward in the game as the Road Block is not opening?

Hello @ich223 and welcome to our Farmtastic community. As my fellow superstar @PummyRaj inquired - do you need tips to complete the level?

I admit it is certainly a challenging level because of the snowballs but it can be completed. Once you start making matches and collect flowers you will get crops in the grass and hopefully can start getting cascades. The trick is to make matches quick enough so that you have matches where the snowballs are so they help you collect the flowers and open the grassy areas. Hi all.

First of all my english is not Vers good...

The ishue is i cant change under the snowballs in this lvl. Even if there are 3 fruits... They are Not reacting. So it is bist impossible too so that lvl...

but in the past, I can swap crop with the ice to make a match.

but recently I found that this cannot be done anymore.

@stan1981 what I know you have never been able to swap ice.

In level 625 you have snowballs and they can be swapped.

@ich223 what device are you playing on. Computer or mobile. If you play on computer are you playing on facebook or king.com. If you use mobile. Is it android or ipone/ipad.

I have go to lvl 625 to test it.

I can still swap snowballs on level 625 on android.

So either it is just iphones or it will be something new with the update.

I see that I now have the update on play store. But I will wait to download until I know if this whit the snowball are a bug or if it should be like that. If it´s a bug I will wait for next update.

Hello @QueenB Since you were already tagged, I am addressing to you...

There is definitely issue on PC, while playing through Facebook! It would not let me swap the Strawberry Cropsie with the Snowball BUT it does suggest the move to swap with Snowball 👇️ 👇️

Whereas, NO Issue while playing on King.com 👇️ 👇️

I have not tried on my iPad yet! Will let you know once I play on that 👍️

i did not have any issue in the iPad... tried by logging through Facebook and Kingdom separately. So, probably, the issue could be isolated to PC?

But, I have not tried on my Android yet.. but the player is using an Android!

level 625 is not working right on my iPhone having the same problem where the matches under the snowballs are not breaking the snowballs.
