Snowball levels don't function correctly - FIXED!

I am on level 1597 and the frozzen place in middle of last line do not open. This problem comes after the update. What can i do?? I cannot finish this level becaus i can not open this place to open the flower.

Can you please post a screenshot of the level with the issue present? Also, can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game? And whether you are logged into the game through Facebook OR Kingdom account?

But the 625 level is till not working.

Now I don´t know the name on the place. But when a snowball are in it´s nest it can´t be swaped in the new gameversion. But snowballs that falls down into the game can be swaped.

I have tried a couple of levels. But right now I don´t find any more level then 625 where the snowball all the time are at the same place in it´s nest. So wiht the newest update it went wrong. And if there are more levels like that they proably also now wrong.

Yesterday on gameversion 5.30.9 level 625 worked.

Today on newest gameversion 5.31.8 level 625 don´t work.

Android motorola moto G5s version 8.1.0
