Farm Heroes Saga keeps telling me to reload on King.com & Facebook! (FIXED)!

I have been trying all day to play Farm Heroes Saga. It loads fine, but as soon as I hit the game level icon to play, it immediately gives me a "reload" screen -- see below. I have tried 5 different times today, each with the same result. I am on my PC and have no other apps open. Please help!

Okay guys, I have reported this to the Studio so they will have a look at it 👍

Because the game on King.com is still running on Flash, the time it will take to correct this issue might be a while so, I recommend you to play the game on Facebook but if you don't wish to play on Facebook, do you happen to have access to Windows 10 on your PC or a mobile device?

While this is being looked at, there is no need to wait for a fix if you have access to a different platform which you can use to continue playing the game.

If you do try Windows 10 or a mobile device, remember to connect the game to Facebook or King account so your progress can sync.

If you still keeping an eye on this thread. The problem on king.com seemed to be fixed, as @adam64 already have discovered. It has been an update so the version now are 5.31.8 I have not try all levels that had been mention but tried click on several and I don´t get the error messages now. If it don´t work direct just try to reload the page. If that don´t help write again and tell what level that still not work.

@mbinns you wrote that you play on facebook. I don´t know if also that has been fixed. But you can try.

@ydarad It has been an update on king.com so it should work now. If it don´t work right away just reload the page.

Thank you @piaandersson for your support and updates. I can confirm that the error message you have been getting "Something went wrong please reload" has been fixed on both Facebook and King.com.

Should you still be experiencing the same issue, please try clearing the cache or change to a different browser to test. You can find helpful steps here.

It's been a long investigation and the studio gave it their all and got the problem solved so a huge thanks to the studio for their hard work 👏👏👏

I would also like to thank you all for your patience and for providing details and taking the time to report the issue, I know this must have been frustrating but you voicing it out helped with the investigation so thank you 🤗

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!

I could not tell which Browser you are using -- Chrome OR Edge? I could see that you are playing on King.com! Did you try to change the Browser and see if it works?

Let me log into my King account and see if I too experience the same! If it works for me, let's try some trouble shooting steps to see if they work to resolve the issue.

Hi PummyRaj,

I am using Chrome and have not changed browsers, but have emptied the cache, but am still not able to play. I am on level 1047.

Let me know what you find.

@TheCatLady, I've tested the level on Chrome and was not able to reproduce the issue 😕

I've noticed you have Windows 10 installed on your PC, try downloading the game from Microsoft here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/farm-heroes-saga/9nkmkxnqv2m8?activetab=pivot:overviewtab

Make sure you connect the game app to your King account once installed so you can continue where you left off. Please note that boosters and lives do not get synced as well as any extra challenge and extra feature competed.

This seems to be the same that adam reported yesterday in the thread farm heroes not loading on facebook! FIXED.

You see on the picture that thecatlady have finsished level 1106. The picture hides what level thecatlady are on. But on the otherside of the popup you don´t have numbers so the level that cause the problem are under the popup.

When i click on Level 1107 I get the same popup. level 1107 are a hard level. queenb you can check and see if it´s weed in that level. If that also has weed then it might be the remodelling level to weeds that cause to the problems that now are on king.com.

I didn´t tried the levels that are after 1107 because you have to reload the game and then scroll down.

I am sorry, I did not get a chance to play yesterday. But, I will check it out today.

But, I am just wondering... in the map it shows that you have passed the level # 1099 with 1 star! You have told me that you are trying to play level # 1047!! Were you replaying the level OR was 1047 a typo?

Can you please clarify, so that I can try that exact level?

Yes, it was a typo. I am trying to play level 1107. I have tried going onto other browsers to play, but having great difficulty getting Flash to work at all, so after an hour of frustration, I gave up.

I do not have Windows 10 -- I am playing on Windows 7. And PummyRaj is correct in that I am trying to play Level 1107. It is the only one that gives me the error message.

Flash is “dead”, update to the latest version to play on HTML.

do u have mobile device? Mobile device seem better

Sorry I don't. I am old school (with the emphasis on old) and play on my computer only. I guess I need to give up on King since Chrome won't be supporting flash after this year.

Hello @cristin1107 - there is a thread about problems with this level on the Farm Heroes Page: https://community.king.com/en/farm-heroes-saga/discussion/278032/anyone-else-stuck-in-lvl-625/p1 . It should be OK on Android devices but it appears there may be a problem on the iPhone. What device (make/model) are you talking about and you may want to add your comments to the thread I have posted above. Thanks.
