Special event disappeared

The special event I was playing this week - it was the one with the chickens - disappeared. I had gotten to Level 8 in the event. Very frustrating

Can you please tell me what device you are using? Clearing cache/cookies and rebooting your device might work to bring back the event!! But, never try to Re-install your game UNLESS told by the proper team like Community Game In-charge!

Once you give me the details of your device, I will give you proper link with trouble shooting steps to run on your device!

OK! Here is the link for ---> "Trouble shooting tips for iOS Device" --> Even-though, the link does not seem to pertaining to the issue, these steps do work sometimes and brings our event back!

And, once again, do not follow the "Reinstalling" step..
