@Cathy_Marcellus I guess that you play on king.com. There are problem there whit some levels, 2502 are one of them. And the problem has been for about 2 weeks now. They say they working on it but there is no time said when it supposed to be fixed.
There are a special thread about that. Farm Heroes Saga keeps telling me to reload on king.com. REPORTED TO THE STUDIO.
You write that you play on computer. If you have windows 10 you can try to install the app from the store. Or if you have mobile, istall the app there and play. Or if you have facebook try to play there. Otherwise just wait until they have fixed king.com.

OK @tiotiote Hopefully, the Road Block issue will be cleared soon enough for you to continue your game again!!

Hello Stan,
The player has already waited at the Road Block for 4 days!!
If the issue occurred because of the single star on the Rancid level, the Road Block would have been cleared on the 4th day!
So, beating Rancid level with 2 stars and getting the key is not a solution for all the "Road Block" issues!!

First of all, Thank you very much for coming back and posting your question in English to help us understand the issue in your game 👍️
1) With regards to the game on your Computer: If you are using Companion, that game is getting frozen as soon the Companion gets activated. It means, once you collect the Cropsies that the Companion needs, the game is being stuck. Fix is on the way! But, until then ONLY work-around is not to use the Companions. Then your game will work fine.
2) With regards to the game on your Mobile:: Can you please give more details about the issue? What is happening with your game? Are you not able to the game at all OR is it some of the levels? Is it only the Farm Heroes game that you are having this issue?
The more details you can provide, the better it would be for us to assist you with any remedy.

Your level froze after first 20 Strawberries were collected because, that's when your Companion was activated and instead of helping you with the level, it froze the game!!
And, yes! The issue was already reported to the Farm game Studio and they were working on a fix. Some of us have received it already and hence, our game is not freezing anymore. Hopefully, all the players will receive the fix within next 2 days!!
Here is the main discussion thread about the issue ---> "Freezing Issue WITH Companion" Please go to this thread (click on Green fonts) and keep an eye on it to check for the updated on the issue. If you do not see any improvement in your game, please post again in above thread itself.
