Latest update of windows 10 (1809/1909) causing issues?

My windows 10 app started having issues after I installed 1809 and was trying to install 1909 but since I managed to successfully install it, it seemed to be ok.

But today, its gone again. I have no issues other than connecting to Facebook. I click connect to Facebook, the circle goes around and I get a green tick but that connection screen is still there and when I x out of it, I am still not connected.

Uninstalled numerous times.

Removed the app from Facebook. many times. No change.

Did all the windows 10 troubleshooting 😛

Anyone else having issues since they updated?

I suspect there is a conflict between windows and the app yes.

That's why I am asking to see if anyone else has had it. I managed to reset the app again and log in, but its took me all morning.

I also forgot to add, I WAS able to log into the Kingdom....

And it happened again tonight. But strangely enough I was logged in until I had to restart my pc, then after I logged in, the little log in box took me over to my Facebook page. which shouldn't come up there. After I had to enter a security code.

I tried again and it worked that time. It seems like its not remembering log ins.

Editing to add, no Facebook friends are showing. My waiting requests have no names, and when I send, its all Kingdom people no Facebook people. But when I click on profile, its clearly my Facebook and says Facebook connected.

I rarely play on Windows 10! I just keep it to check out the issues that pop-up to make sure where the bugs are showing their power!!

Would you like me to check if I see any issues? What do I have to do? Delete the App and reinstall it OR do I need to play a level too? Sorry! You know that I am not a tech savvy 😅

@PummyRaj do you have saved boosters? if so, no I don't want you to lose them.

I just uinstalled/reinstalled then went to log in, so maybe logging out would work?

I have more windows updates, hoping it fixes it as I have different issues with another app since the update so you would need to check which windows 10 version you have :) Mine was fine a few days ago till it updated!

No, don't have much boosters, but only very few and I have used them up now trying a level. So, all are 0.

Now, tell me what to do! And, the App version I have is 5.30.9.0

Has your issue been resolved? I updated on 2/16 and mine hasn’t opened since. I don’t know what to do, but I’m really frustrated.

It was @wampus although it still logs me out from time to time.

Have you checked windows for updates again since? And have you checked the app store for updates?
