Please can someone help. My farm hero's states that I have 6 hours unlimited lifes. But after 5 tries I am out. Unlimited lifes are not updating. I have even uninstalled

After 5 tries? Mean? So u hav 6 hrs of unlimited life, then is it finesh within an hr?

I am sorry to say that I am not very clear about the issue you are having in your game!!

1) Is the problem is that you won "6 hours of Unlimited Lives", but could not use them? Did the lives disappeared after you played the game after 5 tires?

2) Or the timer shows that you have 6 hours, but you are getting the notification that you are out of lives?

---> If this is the issue, then the timer must have stuck at 6 hours, but it was expired already! Sometimes, a glitch has been occurring with display of the timer. Although the timer is over, it still shows that we have hours of time left!

All you can do to clear it up it is, force close the App --> Disconnect from Internet --> Clear Cache --> Restart your device after 2-3 minutes --> Reconnect to Internet and open your game again! Sometimes, you might have to follow these steps few times to remove that glitch.

Hi sorry for being unclear. This is the actual problem.

When I start the game it pops up saying you have 6 hours of unlimited lifes, but it only shows 5. After playing the 5 life's and wanting to exit the quest, a popup apears again saying you have 6 hours of unlimited lifes.

I have never experienced this problem before until recently.

There was an issue with this but it should have been solved a while ago. Can you make sure you have the latest game app version installed and please let me know which version you have?

You can find this in the App Store, under My Apps, search for the game and select more information.
