Closing out on my game

I'm currently on level 1532 in farm heroes and every time I play this level, it will close me out of the game ( losing lives). Please help me

Thank you for opening a new thread for us to discuss about the issue you are having 🙂

OK, here are few questions... Even-though you have answered some of them in other thread, I would like you to post those details here again

1) Which device are you using?

2)Are you logged in through Facebook OR Kingdom account?

3) Are you using Companion to play the level? If so, did you try without using one?

4) Is the game freezing after playing few moves or as soon as you hit on "Play"?

5) Did you try to play 1531 and see whether it works or it also does the same thing?

6) Also, did you try any trouble-shooting steps to check your device all set with enough storage space, etc.,?

I know you were thinking about Reinstalling the App. But, it doesn't do any good if there any glitch with the level itself and/or your device does not have much storage space!

Can you please reply back with these details, so that we can discuss further.

I'm playing on my mobile... Android... I'm login in through king community... I have tried to play with and without a companion (closes out either way)... I can play until a certain point and it will freeze and then close out... I will try the level before again to see if it helps.... I clear up some space on my phone too

@PummyRaj ... The only way it would stop closing on me was to uninstall and reinstall the game but I lost all my boosters... Oh well on the boosters

Unfortunately, that is the down-side of the Re-installation of a game App!! I hope you did not have too many of them stored!! These electronic devices are always uncertain, and we cannot depend on them too much!! One minute they work fine, and another minute they bail on us 😥 Very sorry for not being much of a help!!

Well! At least, we know that the bug is gone and you can enjoy your game again! I

If the boosters weren't too many, then you can gain them again within 2 weeks by collecting your Daily Bonus 🙂
